چکیده

This scientific review presents the processes of regulation miRNA content. To write article, information was searched using Scopus, Web Science, MedLine, PubMed, Google Scholar, EMBASE, Global Health, The Cochrane Library, CyberLeninka databases. article characteristics microRNA editing and tailing, which regulate content through transcription control. It is emphasized that most important mechanism posttranscriptional occurs with help RNA-specific adenosine deaminase. shows leads to a change in secondary structure molecule deviation process maturation. shown tailing elongation tail by adding nucleotides 3’-end RNA. has been found uridinylation very common regulates gene expression. effect on biogenesis demonstrated example miR let-7 family, inhibits proliferation promotes cell differentiation. established another type namely adenylation, often contributes stabilization molecule, but some cases can lead degradation. Thus, carried out miRNA, tailing. Due editing, changes maturation deviates. MicroRNA post-transcriptional RNA polyuridinylation or polyadenylation. Uridinylation affects processing degradation precursors different molecular effects, contribute development diseases.

Integrative Analysis of miRNA-mRNA and miRNA-miRNA Interactions

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small, noncoding regulatory molecules. They are involved in many essential biological processes and act by suppressing gene expression. The present work reports an integrative analysis of miRNA-mRNA and miRNA-miRNA interactions and their regulatory patterns using high-throughput miRNA and mRNA datasets. Aberrantly expressed miRNA and mRNA profiles were obtained based on f...

miRNA regulation of cytokine genes.

In this review we discuss specific examples of regulation of cytokine genes and focus on a new mechanism involving post-transcriptional regulation via miRNAs. The post-transcriptional regulation of cytokine genes via the destabilizing activity of AU-rich elements [AREs] and miRNAs is a pre-requisite for regulating the half-life of many cytokines and achieving the temporal and spatial distributi...

Evaluation of the miRNA-146a and miRNA-155 Expression Levels in Patients with Oral Lichen Planus

Background: Oral Lichen Planus (OLP) is a chronic autoimmune disease that could be considered as a potential premalignant status. Objective: To evaluate the miRNA-146a and miRNA-155 expression levels in patients with oral Lichen planus lesions compared to healthy subjects with normal oral mucosa. Methods: Forty patients with oral lichen planus and 18 healthy age and gender-matched controls were...
